I am vegetarian (no meat, but eat some fish), but sorry, nothing in the world will make me give up milkshakes, ice-cream, eggs, sushi and some cheese, although I tend to drink soya milk more these days. Not everyone's body agrees with totally vegan diets, because more people need that protein and can't afford all the extra vitamins needed.
